Paris during the day

The core of Paris

Get to see Paris under daylight, and embrace its hustle and bustle so characteristic of its « rapidité » (quickness).

See the heart of Paris in full daytime

The good thing about the day tour is all the parks and garden are open, so depending on the length of the tour you choose I could show you some hidden gorgeous gardens in plain sights such as the Jardin du Palais Royal near the Louvre and the Jardins de l’Hotel de Sully in Le Marais, as well as some hidden galleries that Paris is noticeably famous for. There are actually 5 of them called « passages » and I will happily show you.

The Opera Garnier

No matter what time you do it in the day, you will get to see the « nuts and bolts », the « behind the scenes » of this incredible capital. Whether it’s people waiting in line of some vintage looking bakeries for their « pause déjeuner » (lunch break), workers delivering some material for some little restaurants, going thru some vintage flea markets or fresh produce farmer’s markers, seing the kids run with their scooter (luckily not electric, yet) because the school bell just rang, or people reading their journal (newspaper) sipping their café ☕️ in a bistrot, you will see it all.

The Moulin Rouge

If you are into art, you will love Montmatre and Saint Germain and we could either stop for a drawing/painting of you or see some masterpieces in small local galleries. If you’re a collector, you may find some vintage newspapers or vinyls from the « bouquinistes » near the Seine. Or we could stop by the one and only coliseum of Paris, founded by the romans, which hosted gladiator and beasts fights some 2,000 years ago.

The Louvre Museum

Depending on the tour you choose (link to it), you will get to see it all. We can even stop at some top notch restaurants or bakeries for a true local experience.

Don’t forget the tiny little streets so small that this car barely makes it but fits like a fish in water, because its made for it.

Notre Dame

All that is possible among many things you couldn’t possibility imagine because Paris is a city so rich in architecture, art, entertainment, science, you name it.

Call it an urban safari, a movie-like experience or simply a ride for your senses, you will be delighted with this experience of driving with a 2CV through Paris, just like a true local.

Pont Neuf, on the banks of the Seine

Before I begin, let me say that this is just as an example because every tour is different, depending on where you start.

I will show you Place de l'Opera, Place Vendôme, the Louvre, Concorde, Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Pont Alexandre 3, Grand Palais, Petit Palais, and Notre Dame, but also the small ones mythical alleys of Saint Germain des Prés, in front of the Café de Flore (where Hemingway and Ella Fitzgerald used to go), les 2 Magots, Rue Furstemberg, de Buci ... and I go directly down to the banks of the Seine with the car.

Places covered:
